Return Policy:
All of our manufactures cartridges are backed by our 180 day 100% satisfaction return policy guarantee. If you are not 100% completely satisfied with any one of our products we will replace it, or fully refund your money and pick up any freight charges.
Please telephone 1-800-459-5088 or 1-858-456-3899 outside the U.S. or email us at returns@hoteliersink.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number. Refunds will be made to the credit card originally charged. If payment was originally made by company check, please allow 14 days for the original check to clear before the refund check is issued. Replacement merchandise will be shipped as soon as possible upon receipt of the defective merchandise.
Shipping:
Ground shipping is free on orders over $50.00. We charge $6.95 shipped "Best Way" flat rate on orders under $50.00. Contact us at service@hoteliersink.com for other shipping methods.
Free Shipping does not apply to addresses in Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and the US Territories. Extra shipping charges apply. Orders placed before 1 PM Pacific Standard Time will usually ship the same day, depending on product availability. 4-7 business days are the average delivery times.
Orders placed after 1 PM Pacific Standard Time Friday, or on Saturday, Sunday and holidays, will be shipped on the next business day.

International orders are available over $500 USD and must be submitted by email or fax with paid funds and shipping charges wire transferred in advance. International orders do not qualify for free shipping.
Tax Policy:
